Lars is the sire of our most recent litters. We are very pleased with these litters and feel they both hold to the quality we are looking for in every breeding....Good heads, substantial bone, solid nerves, above average working drives, excellent health, and clear headedness. Lars is an absolutely wonderful, correct male. His temperament is outstanding and he has total confidence, excellent working ability, and beautiful structure.

Lars is an ambassador for the German Shepherd breed and represents what we strive for in our dogs. He has been V-1 five times in the show ring. Pictures do not do him justice, as he is playful and friendly to people and other animals, has gorgeous dark color, a thick impressive coat, and good substance with strong male characteristics. Large, medium strong, substantial, dry and firm, typey and expressive, very well proportioned. High withers, straight and firm back, very good length and position of croup. Very good angulation front and rear, balanced chest proportions, straight front. Straight steps, fluid ground-covering gait with effective follow-through and unrestricted reach. Confident nature, TSB pronounced; outs.

The dam to the female is our fantastic Fergi and her daughter Roxy is the mother to the male puppy. Both these females have beautiful structure with excellent temperament. They are from our foundation line, these puppies are our FOURTH generation. The sire is our super male Lars who we imported from Germany. He is titled and comes from a very good hip family his ZW score is low! To date, Lars is undefeated in the show ring, winning first place in Canada, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. In November 2008, Lars won first place in the working male class at the Pacific Northwest Regional Show and received his Breed Survey for Life in Class 1. Both parents have certified hips, elbows, hearts and eyes. Lars also was recently DNA tested to see if he is a carrier for the Degenerative Myelopathy genes and he came back clear of both genes, this means he is homozygous N/N, with two normal copies of the gene.
